What You Will Need For Your New Puppy

• Harness & Leash- I recommend a harness over a collar because they are more comfortable and they make it easier for you to control your puppy
• Dog bed
• Puppy food- I send a small bag with them in their to go bag and the brand I feed is Fromm 
• Food & water dishes 
• Travel crate
• Puppy treats for easier training
• Toys appropriate for a small puppy
• Puppy pads or newspaper

I highly recommend giving your dog NuVet vitamins. They can help with so many different things including strengthening immune systems, supporting healthy eyes, ears, skin, and coat and they are great for your pet at any stage of their life. I give them to all my dogs and their coats are always beautiful and soft. Not to mention they absolutely love the flavor of the vitamins, they feel like they are getting a special treat so I feel great about giving them. I do add an additional 12 months to my health agreement if you order these vitamins throughout the entire time of your agreement. Fromm is the type of hard kibble your puppy will be started on before they leave. I will send a small amount with your puppy so if you want to change to a different brand, simply mix what I have given with what you want to feed to ease puppy into change. 

I strongly recommend getting your puppy microchipped. It is something that if they were to be lost or stolen a vet would be able to scan them to identify they are registered to you. This gives them a much higher chance of being reunited with you. Be sure to check on microchip cost with your vet or I can have your puppy microchipped before they go home with you for a fee of $60. Be sure to let me know during our conversation that you would like to have it provided. Remember that your puppy's microchip, no matter where you have it done, has to be registered with your information to the company who provided it. 

It is important to be aware of the things you feed your dogs. Just because it doesn't hurt us doesn't mean it wont harm or kill your bestie. Here is a link with information about what you shouldn't be feeding your dog.

My puppies are sold as limited AKC which means that they are not to be bred but to be purchased to be a pet ONLY! Upon certain circumstances I offer full AKC but there is an extra fee. If full AKC has not been purchased you must get your puppy spayed/neutered per our agreement of you purchasing your puppy. Spay/neutering helps your dog live a longer, healthier life and makes being a pet owner easier on you.
